The GWC-3300 straight bar type CNC steel bar welded mesh forming machine is a dedicated equipment for steel bar welded mesh in construction. This machine utilizes the principle of multi-electrode resistance spot welding to weld the longitudinal and transverse bars of steel bars into a firm mesh according to the set requirements. The raw materials of steel bars applicable to this machine can be cold-rolled ribbed steel bars, cold-rolled smooth steel bars or hot-rolled ribbed steel bars.

This machine is composed of components such as a welding mechanism, longitudinal and transverse bar feeding mechanisms, a mesh stepping mechanism, a netting and conveying mechanism, a pneumatic system, an electrical control system, and a cooling system.
