PRODUCT PROFILE

The production of steel bar trusses is quite different from the general processing of steel bars. It requires that the work such as layout, straightening, bending and forming, welding, collection of finished products, and stacking be completed in one go. Traditional manual processing and production can no longer meet the demands, so a numerically controlled and automated steel truss forming device is adopted.

This production line only requires two people to operate. The production line automatically completes all tasks such as line setting, straightening, bending and forming, welding, collection of finished products, and stacking. It has been widely used in various project departments of China's high-speed railways and in civil buildings and other fields.

The electronic control system adopts Huichuan system, which can ensure rapid and stable production as well as meet the precision requirements.

The numerical control collection mechanism automatically collects and conveys the sheared trusses, reducing labor and improving efficiency.

The welding control and other components all adopt accessories with reliable quality assurance, which have a long service life and stable performance.
